Constance Quinn suffered from being the not-quite-in-the-middle-middle-child. She wasn't the eldest, wasn't the youngest and while it didn't particularly matter to her any more, growing up it had been her biggest concern. Her sisters all seemed so perfect and always seemed to get enough attention from their parents. Connie seemed almost lost in the background a little. So at school she acted up - Wampus was supposed to represent the body and maybe Connie took it to mean something very different than the founders intended. She would beautify herself before class with the intention of using her looked to get what she wanted - and more often than not it worked.
Her parents begged her to go into a job worth while - a healer, maybe, or something at MACUSA, but Connie had her mind set on being a dancer. But not just any dancer, one of those dancers. It became her life and she started to shut out the rest of her sisters. Not because she didn't love them any more, but because they didn't know what her dancing really was and she knew that they would try and talk her out of it. She sees the all at family gatherings where she insists that she knows exactly what she's dong. Sort of.
