anyone who is non-magical
A No-Maj (called a Muggle in the United Kingdom) is a person who is born to two non-magical parents and is incapable of performing magic. Although, most no-majs are the offspring of two no-majs, the offspring of two squibs or of a squib and a no-maj would be, by definition, a no-maj. No-Majs are not to be confused with Squibs, who also lack magic but are born to at least one magical parent.

don't trust them as far as you can disarm them...
The Scourers were a band of rogue wizarding mercenaries who operated in what would become the United States during the 17th century. Formed due to the lack of any form of wizarding governance and law enforcement in the New World, the Scourers began as a combination vigilante group and bounty-hunting service, tracking down both wanted criminals and anyone for whom a reward was offered. With time, they became increasingly corrupt and brutal, resorting to torture and murder. Eventually, they engaged in outright wizard-trafficking, and even turned innocent No-Majs over to witch-hunting Puritans in exchange for gold. Some people say the practice ended long ago...

someone who is a member of MACUSA
The Magical Congress of the United States of America (shortened MACUSA) is the magical body in charge of governing the wizarding population of the United States of America. It is led by the President of the Magical Congress of the United States of America. Unlike the Muggle United States Congress, which is divided into a House of Representatives and a Senate, the MACUSA is unicameral.

werewolves, vampires and all those in between
Creatures in the wizarding world come in a wide range. Some are magical beasts, some common animals, and some are something in between. Many of these creatures are studied in the elective class Care of Magical Creatures. Magizoologists, possibly also known as wizarding naturalists, study magical creatures in a study known as Magizoology. But they are mostly split up into three categories: beasts, sprites and beings.
Beasts: Loosely defined, a Beast is a magical creature that does not have sufficient intelligence to understand the laws of the magical community nor bear part of the responsibility in shaping those laws. There are even extremists who campaign for Muggles to be classified as Beasts. However, there are exceptions. Centaurs and Merpeople both requested to be classified as Beasts, refusing "Being" status because they objected to some of the other creatures they would have to share "Being" status with, such as Hags and Vampires.
Sprites: The Spirit Division was formed when Ghosts complained that it was insensitive to classify them as "beings" when they were so clearly "has-beens". Banned from Burdock Muldoon's first definition of Beings since they glided instead of walked, they were classified as Beings under Elfrida Clagg's revision of the definition. However, they left Clagg's summit in disgust at the way the meeting focused more on the matters of the living than on the matters of the dead.
Being: The definition of a Being is "any creature that has sufficient intelligence to understand the laws of the magical community and to bear part of the responsibility in shaping those laws". Humans (Muggles and wizards and witches) are beings. Though there are even extremists who campaign of the classification of Muggles as Beasts. Goblins, vampires, hags, giants, house-elves, veela, and werewolves in their human form are also given this status. It is important to note that when there is a full moon the werewolf in its transformed state would be classified as a beast and not a being. Other creatures fit the qualifications that define Being (intelligent speech), such as Acromantulas, Sphinxes, and Manticores, but were not even offered Being status due to their extremely violent and even lethal tendencies. They are also classified as Beasts.
