I WOULDN'T HOLD MY BREATH IF I WAS YOU

This young man comes from a very old traditional family, who supported Lord Voldemort when he was alive even all the way across the pond. Though Bishop doesn't always agree with everything they do, they have a large sum of money that should have his name on it when they die. So he keeps appearances, makes small talk with people he has no interest in and follows his parents every whim - well, most of the time.


CAUSE I'LL FORGET BUT I'LL NEVER FORGIVE YOU

When Bishop was in school he was a bit of a ringleader. Always telling the other boys what to do, getting into trouble and blaming it on someone else. There were four in his little crew and while school was a bit of a breeze for him, he did grow a reputation. One that only grew and spread from his school work to his relationships. He was coarse, rude and obnoxious and for some reason girls liked that, maybe they thought they could fix him. But there was one girl who wasn't fazed by his antics and of course she was the one he really wanted.

Surprisingly it didn't take much persuading on his part to get her to date him and the two were an official item a year before graduating. In that same year, while Bishop was pretty unfaithful and a generally terrible boyfriend, she fell pregnant with his child.

It was a shock to them both, but they had a hard decision to make - did they tell their very traditional families of their accidental teen pregnancy and risk being disowned, did they pretend the baby never happened and get rid of it before it became an issue, or did they marry - fast - and raise the child in a 'loving' home before their parents died and they could divorce and go their separate ways.

Pride always comes before a fall, they say. In haste and without too much thought the two were married and moved in together before the winter closed the year. The child was born eight months later and their new lives began.

After graduating school, Bishop had every intention of doing nothing with his life except drink booze and sleep around. But with a child and a wife he knew he had to be responsible - so with the help of his father, he opened up his own bar, strictly for magical folk only (though when Costa Sr isn't around, Bishop tends to open to all). She took on her own business and together they run a pretty fine ship.

Bishop is still prone to bouts of infidelity, though, and maybe so is his wife. But they make it work, somehow.
